Joel B. Pennington Grew up in the Quad Cities and has been playing in the Q.C. since he was 15. Playing in several Q.C. bands such as Eclipse, Metro, and Split Decision in the 80's and early 90's. Also played with Broken String while living in Colorado for several years. Most notable gig? Playing on the same bill with Nelly Furtado at The Solied Dove in Denver..."didn't even know who she was at the time! Now she's on MTV!" "Laughs!"
